The Siam Bistro, at 1268 Wellington Street near Holland Avenue in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada, 613-728-3111, is a very popular restaurant featuring an intimate and relaxed atmosphere (seating a total of 45 people), with meals prepared with fresh ingredients and herbs. Chefs from Thailand present a rich variety of food from an extensive menu. You can choose to savour spicy or mild dishes. Dishes that are marked in the menu with an asterisk (*) are mildly spicy. If requested, we can prepare dishes spicy (**), very spicy (***) or suicide (****).

The following dishes represent a sample of the variety of offerings available at the Siam Bistro. Among the many Thai favourites prepared are a variety of soups, the tasty Yum Wun Sen noodle salad, and Panang, a curry dish made with chicken pork or beef. Take out service is also offered.

The Siam Bistro is owned and operated by Ms. Montha McGinnis who has also conducted Thai cooking lessons in the Ottawa area for more than ten years. It is open seven days a week for dinner and Monday to Friday for lunch. Reservations are recommended.
